Ingredients
3 cups sliced fresh mushrooms1 medium onion, chopped1 tablespoon canola oil2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard1 portion (1 lb.) Whole Wheat Pizza Dough3 slices reduced-fat Swiss cheese6 ounces sliced deli turkey1 large egg white1 teaspoon water
Preparation
In a large nonstick skillet, saute mushrooms and onion in oil until tender. Stir in mustard; set aside.
On a floured surface, roll dough into a 15x10-in. rectangle. Layer the cheese, mushroom mixture and turkey lengthwise over half the dough to within 1/2 in. of edges. Fold dough over filling; pinch seams to seal and tuck ends under. Transfer to a baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
Combine egg white and water; brush over dough. Cut slits in top. Bake at 400° for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
