Ingredients

1-1/2 cups packed brown sugar1/2 cup milk1/3 cup corn syrup4 teaspoons butter1/3 cup peanut butterVanilla ice cream3/4 cup chopped peanutsOptional: chocolate hearts and sweetened whipped cream

Preparation

In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, milk, corn syrup and butter. Cook and stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved and mixture is smooth. Remove from the heat; stir in peanut butter until smooth. Cover and refrigerate until serving.

Divide half of the peanut butter mixture among six parfait glasses; top with a scoop of ice cream. Repeat layers. Sprinkle with peanuts and if desired, top with wipped cream, garnish with a chocolate hearts.
