Ingredients
4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)1/2 teaspoon garlic powder1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper3/4 cup mango salsa
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375°. Place salmon on a 15x10x1-in. baking pan coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with garlic powder and cayenne. Spoon salsa over top.
Bake 12-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
