Ingredients

2-1/2 pounds large sweet potatoes (about 4 large), peeled and shredded1/2 cup sugar1/2 cup light corn syrup1/2 cup butter, melted1 tablespoon grated orange zest3/4 cup all-purpose flour1 teaspoon ground nutmeg1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine sweet potatoes, sugar, corn syrup, butter and orange zest. In another bowl, combine flour, nutmeg and cinnamon. Add to sweet potato mixture; mix well. Transfer to a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Bake until sweet potatoes are bubbly and golden brown, 55-60 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
