Ingredients

2 cartons (6 ounces each) honey Greek yogurt1 cup mashed sweet potatoes1/4 cup fat-free milk1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon6 freezer pop molds or paper cups (3 ounces each) and wooden pop sticks

Preparation

Place the first 4 ingredients in a food processor; process until smooth. Pour into molds or paper cups. Top molds with holders. If using cups, top with foil and insert sticks through foil. Freeze until firm.
