Ingredients

2 teaspoons olive oil4 medium sweet red, yellow and/or green peppers, thinly sliced1 medium onion, cut into thin wedges2 teaspoons minced garlic1/4 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat; saute peppers and onion until crisp-tender, 4-6 minutes. Add garlic, salt and pepper; cook and stir 1 minute.
