Ingredients
1 egg1/2 cup quick-cooking oats1 pound lean ground beef (90% lean)1-1/2 cups water1-1/4 cups ketchup1 cup sugar
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine egg and oats. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into 1-1/2-in. balls.
Place in a lightly greased 11x7-in. baking dish. Combine water, ketchup and sugar; pour over meatballs. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 40-50 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.
