Ingredients

1 large grapefruit2 tablespoons butter, softened2 tablespoons sugar1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Preparation

Preheat broiler. Cut grapefruit crosswise in half; if desired, cut a thin slice from the bottom of each to level. Cut around each grapefruit section to loosen fruit. Top with butter. Mix sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over fruit.

Place on a baking sheet. Broil 4 in. from heat until sugar is bubbly.
