1 package (20 ounces) frozen unsweetened strawberries, thawed1/2 cup water3 tablespoons raspberry vinegar2 tablespoons honey2 teaspoons canola oil1 teaspoon reduced-sodium soy sauce1/4 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon dried thyme1/4 teaspoon pepperTorn mixed salad greens and sliced onion
Preparation
In a blender, combine the first nine ingredients. Cover and process until smooth. Serve over greens and onion. Store in the refrigerator.
